You've seen the battles, the flips, the lyrical tears, the street dance stank faces, and the routines that leave everyone wondering, "How did they do that?!" Now it's time to meet the team behind the madness.
The Rebels are the organisers, cheerleaders, problem-solvers, workshop lovers, coffee drinkers, and occasional professional chaos coordinators who work hard to bring you the Rebellious experience. From competitions and workshops to festivals and unforgettable dance weekends, our mission is simple: create opportunities, build confidence, support dancers, and have a lot of fun while doing it.
We're passionate about inclusivity, community, and making sure every dancer feels valued, whether they're stepping onto the stage for the first time or collecting yet another trophy for the cabinet. So meet your Rebels... the people who somehow keep this dance-fuelled circus running and wouldn't have it any other way!

Ian Rodley – The godfather of good vibes! The leader of DAZL Dance & Health Charity building one of the UK’s largest, most inclusive dance communities, Ian’s basically powered by caffeine and choreography. He’s the one shouting “LET’S GOOOO!” when your crew hits the floor.
Tara Lyn

Tara Lynn – The sparkle and sass behind the stage! From smashing championships since age of 10 years old to performing at Disneyland Paris (yes, she met Mickey ), Tara’s done it all. When she’s not running TLA Academy CIC & Tara Lyn Promotions, she’s making sure our comps run smoother than a triple pirouette on fresh floor wax.
Steven Wilson

Steven Wilson – The quiet storm adjudicating dance across the UK. He’s trained some of the fiercest freestyle and street dancers in the game — and he’s the guy making sure your routines are judged fair, fierce, and fabulous. If he’s not backstage with a clipboard, he’s plotting your next standing ovation.
